Since 2009, the EUROMEDINCULTURE(s) network has been carrying out a large citizen survey on the place of culture in the making of the European Union. This public consultation, which has already involved thousands of people, aspires at making a significant impact on the politic choices that will determine the cultural future of Europe. On the basis of the synthesis document drafted in 2009 by the network (“The Place for Culture in Tomorrow’s Europe”), the second phase of the survey aims at providing the European institutions with a series of yet more concrete and precise recommendations on the content of a European cultural project. The 2010 project, that involves a larger number of EUROMEDINCULTURE(s) members (from Albania, Belgium, Bulgaria, Germany, Finland, France, Italy, Malta, Portugal, Slovenia and Spain), focuses on the issues identified as priorities in 2009, that is to say: * Reinforcing the mobility of artists and culture professionals, as well as fostering cultu
